Baby Girl, I’m a Blur

Lisa reporting in about one of the toughest weekends I have had in a long time. So, this weekend was Movin’ On, and if you don’t know what that is, it is a 12 hour long music festival with a bunch of bands here at Penn State. The headliner was to be Say Anything, and I could not have been more pumped. But then something called mother nature had to interfere and not only make us stop and postpone the show in the middle of the day, but it also broke our generator, causing the two acts I was looking most forward (Say Anything and Automatic Loveletter) to to be canceled. What a bummer. At least Raekwon got to perform while I was getting drenched to the core.

Mother Nature is now on notice.

Although, I did get to see both Julliet from Automatic Loveletter and Max from Say Anything perform little acoustic sets, which were both awesome!

Sunday, after tearing down the stage since 8am, I proceeded to the Singing Lions and NOTA concerts, both of which were excellent, and in between the two I washed myself in the fountain in front of the forum, lets just say I was a little muddy from that morning.

At least I got to see The Fall of Troy and The Dear Hunter that night, two bands I really wanted to see. Although, of course with the way my weekend was going, it didn’t come without its costs. I got my first black eye ever from someone banging me in the head. So worth it. I then proceeded to work on my stat project until 3am.

Last night Jessie made breakfast for me and Sarah while we watched American Idol suck. It was most excellent and should be done again!

I’m not sure why you had to add the “jordan is responding…” part.

The Dear Hunger and The Fall of Troy are bands and put on a kick a show the other week. Lisa and I were both in attendance with 1-2 rock fists depending on song/ mood.

i had to, because if someone… particularly lisa, who wrote that post… saw that you’re asking me a question, they might be confused as to why.

now we’ve wasted too much space discussing this.
